The Core Team
Founder & President
Robin founded Global Good Impact in 2013 to provide individuals and organizations the skills, tools, and confidence needed to bring their ideas into the world. She is skilled in the art of creating campaigns around causes and helping people do things they might not think they can do. Robin has a decade of experience coaching change makers, coordinating community building projects, and leading interactive workshops for youth and adults. She specializes in helping organizations build new programs and events or in growing existing programs that build stronger communities world-wide.
Robin is fueled by spending time in nature, and thrives off world-changing visions and working with the amazing people behind them. When she isn’t working, Robin can be found relaxing in a hammock at the beach, backpacking, coaching Fast Pitch, and surfing.
Program Coordinator & Grant Writer
Rachel graduated from the University of California Davis in 2014, with a B.S. in Community & Regional Development. For several years she explored her interest in local food in Santa Cruz, working at farmers markets and as the Operations Manager for an organic farm-direct popsicle business. She is also a graduate of Honeyroot’s School of Embodied Leadership, a 6-month program teaching transformative techniques and practices. After serendipitously meeting Robin, Rachel helped coordinate the first Carpinteria Open Streets and enthusiastically joined the Global Good Impact time shortly afterwards.
Rachel spends her free time walking the beach, picking up trash, soaking up the sunshine, surfing, hiking, gardening, reading, and camping in beautiful places. She is a story-teller and a dreamer, and believes in spending ample time in the moonlight and under the stars.
